Choir

In addition to performing at the many events throughout the year, the junior high choir, consisting of 7th and 8th grades, and the senior high choir, comprised of 9th through 12th grade vocalists, will also sing in elementary and high school chapel services.

Beginning Band

This band is for 4th, 5th, and 6th graders who wish to learn how to play an instrument.  Previous music instruction is not required.  This class meets daily during the school day for approximately 45 minutes.

Intermediate Band

This band is for 5th or 6th graders who have already had beginning band.  This class meets every day during the school day for approximately 45 minutes.

Advanced Band

This band is for students in Grades 7-12 who have taken both the beginning and intermediate band courses.  The exception to this rule is a beginning band 6th grader who must go to advanced band the following year.  This student would then be required to take private lessons.  This class meets daily  during the school day for 50 minutes.

Private Lessons

Piano, instrumental, and voice lessons are available.  Please contact the school office for more information.

Music

Students in Grades 1-6 have one half-hour music class once a week.  During this time, they learn songs for upcoming programs and are introduced to basic music theory.
